Snacks, Stress, and Sketches — Just Another Rollercoaster Day

Another day, another dose of stress—welcome back to the chaotic little journal of my life.

The morning kicked off loudly, with my mom giving me a personalized wake-up call... a.k.a. shouting directly into my ears. Apparently, I had to go out with my dad for some "urgent work." I wasn't planning on moving an inch, but then she pulled out the ultimate bait: snacks. And well, who can say no to snacks?

So yes, I dragged myself out of bed and went along. The work we went for didn’t get done (because, of course), but the snacks were secured—which honestly made the whole trip kind of worth it.

Came home and jumped (a bit late) into my daily routine. Did a quick home workout—nothing too intense because your girl is still a beginner. Then, it was time to binge-watch my series while munching on the snacks I earned like a warrior.

Quick disclaimer: I did brush and shower this morning before the snack party started. Hygiene is still a priority, even when life’s a mess. 😌

Later in the day, I worked on a drawing. My friend gave me some honest feedback and said it wasn’t proportionate at all. Honestly? I didn’t feel bad. Life’s full of ups and downs, and art is no different. I’ll redo it. I'll keep practicing. That’s the beauty of being a work in progress.

I also wrote a chunk of my novel (yes, it's still happening!), and now, here I am, blogging my way to bedtime.

Tomorrow’s my result day. Yup. The anxiety is very real. Maybe today was my last peaceful day, but I’m not thinking about it too much right now.

Until next time—fingers crossed and lights off.

Signing off, goodnight! 💫
