A Break from the Usual – A Refreshing Change!

Guess what? Today wasn’t just another “same old, same old” day. Nope. Something different, something refreshing happened—and I’m here to tell you all about it.

I did something I haven’t done in ages:

I woke up at 5 AM.

Yup, you read that right. Not for studying, not for scrolling—but to play badminton with my dad! And let me tell you, it was such a blast. We played for about 50 minutes, and then I jogged for 10 more. After that? I was breathless, sweaty, and incredibly tired—but in the best way.

Naturally, I came back home and crashed for a solid 3-hour nap. Totally earned it.

Once I woke up, I headed out to finish some errands, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned and the work remained incomplete. A little bummer, but hey, life happens.

Then came study time—and here’s where the chaos began. I thought I had just a little revision left, so I let myself get a bit distracted. Only at the end of the day did I realize I completely missed 10 YouTube lecture videos I was supposed to watch.

Panic mode: activated.

And with only one day left before the exam, I might have to let them go. Ugh.

But the highlight of my day? I finished my drawing!

This time, I tried something completely new: my first ever anime character sketch—and not just any character… it was Kira from Death Note.

At first, I was unsure about how it turned out, but once I posted it on Instagram and saw the love pouring in, I realized maybe it’s not that bad after all! Actually, I’m kind of proud.

Then I wrapped up the evening by writing more of my novel (yes, that’s still going strong!) and now here I am, ending the day with this blog.

And with that, I’m off to sleep.

Only one more day to the exam. Fingers crossed.

Signing off—Goodnight, lovely people!
